Homework Week 9 & 10

The New Zealand Economy

L.I. Students will be able to describe a New Zealand industry and what impacts it has on the economy, environment and the future of New Zealand.

S.C. We will be able to

• describe what the New Zealand economy means to us and our families
• explain in detail about why our chosen New Zealand industry is important to the future of New Zealand
• make recommendations about our chosen industry in terms of development, sustainability and environment

Week 9. Complete a glogster poster Glogster (click this link and create new glog- its free) about New Zealands Economy. Ask 7 good questions about and answer these in your poster.

Think about: What economy means, why it is important, what New Zealand's economy is, what effects New Zealand industries have on the economy, what are New Zealands major industries

Week 10. Choose one of New Zealand's industries and describe the effect that it has on New Zealands ecomony. Present this information however you want - keynote, mindmap, glogster etc
